Abstract / Description

During Quarter 1 of 2025, P4HE’s Quarterly Learning Journey focused on an essential topic: leveraging civic engagement and policy change to advance health equity. Our activities centered around three primary areas: civic engagement, political advocacy, and policy change.

  • Resource List: This resource curates a list of valuable tools, articles, and publications related to civic engagement and policy change in the context of health equity.
  • Interactive Learning Session: This live event fostered a collaborative space for people from various sectors to co-create common definitions and understanding of civic engagement and policy change for health equity.  
  • Workshop Series: This live, three-session series offered a facilitated space to learn, discuss, and practice strategies and skills for promoting civic engagement and policy change for health equity.  
  • Podcast: This resource reinforces ideas and varying points of views related to civic engagement and policy change for health equity.  
  • Webinar: This live event culminated all learnings from the quarter, focusing on actionable steps for cross-sector collaborators to engage in to advance health equity through civic engagement and policy change.
